WHO ARE WE ?

J3DMODDING is a French automotive simulation engineering studio. We design vehicle and track digital twins dedicated to driver training, education and performance analysis. Our projects are based on high-accuracy LiDAR and photogrammetry to achieve faithful geometry and surface data. The models are then integrated and validated in real-time simulation environments to deliver tools that can be driven, measured and analysed.

WHAT IS AN AUTOMOTIVE DIGITAL TWIN USED FOR ?

Our digital models are designed as tools for training analysis and discovery of motorsport environments. They allow users to understand vehicles circuits and performance parameters in a coherent and immersive simulation context.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO CREATE A PROJECT ?

A digital model of a racing circuit requires an average of 250 hours which represents approximately two months of work. A racing car model requires around 450 hours which corresponds to approximately three months of development..

WHICH PLATFORMS DO YOU WORK ON ?

We work with most current automotive simulation platforms depending on the project objectives. Please contact us to discuss platform compatibility and technical requirements.

HOW MUCH DOES A PROJECT COST ?

Each project is evaluated individually according to its scope level of detail and intended use. A detailed quotation is provided after analysis of the project requirements.

WHAT IS REQUIRED TO REQUEST A QUOTATION ?

To prepare a quotation we require your contact details and a clear description of the project. All necessary authorisations from rights holders must be obtained before any work can begin. It is the responsibility of the client to secure permissions related to vehicles or circuits.
